My husband and I loved our 5 night stay here!! At first we fell in love with the beautiful surrounding landscape, rooms, and incredible restaurant. But what really blew us away was the customer service. Anything we needed they supplied. For example, we booked a Chianti wine tour prior to arriving in Italy but quickly realized we wanted to tour more local wineries. Because our phones didn’t get great service we had difficulty booking another winery, so the staff at Paradiso called and booked a tour for us for the next day. The winery tour they booked was our favorite of our entire trip! They also immediately brought in a fan when we told them our room got too warm for us at night, and gave us advice on taking the train to Florence. The rooms were impeccably cleaned everyday. I’ll always remember enjoying the drinks they made us for apertivo on their stone patio over looking the hills at sunset. We will return on our next trip to Tuscany!!
We stayed only for 1 night at the beggining on October, but it was a great time spent here. The place is cozy, also very private, have beautiful suroundings and nice staff. Restaurant was also amazing. Also very convenient if you would like to visit Florence, because it's not far, 30 minutes by car.
Only drawback was that we were informed that we could use pool in the morning, but in the morning cleaning activities took place

A hidden treasure that I'm grateful to have discovered. Highly recommend!
We arrived very late due to schedule change and couldn’t enjoy all the amentities but the indications were very clear and the staff very kind. The breakfast very good and the room wss very nice with all you need. The views from the property are very nice and the road to it through cypresses. We loved it!
A corner of Paradise a stone's throw from Florence, I spent a wonderful holiday in this small Agriresort, the room was furnished with care and the swimming pool with the infinity view was amazing!
The excellent restaurant offers zero km products. I recommend it!!
Absolutely spectacular! A beautiful, romantic resort with great food and warm accommodating hosts. The rooms were beautiful, well appointed, and the beds very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous. We will definitely be returning!
This was the most disgusting hotel/motel/anything I’ve ever experienced. After being kept up all night by 3 large rats who appeared to own the place, the hotel refused to issue a refund. I’m including only one of many videos here. Stay away from these foul scammers.
My sister and I spent a night at this wonderful hotel while completing the hiking trail “Via degli Dei” in May 2023. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. The owners were very caring and hospitable and went above and beyond to provide me and my sister with all information and support needed e.g. giving us a free lift to Monte Senario to continue our hiking trail. We were really touched by Guido’s kindness and hospitality and wish him and family a prosperous and blessed future. It’s been a pleasure! Grazie di cuore!
